1/2 cup oatmeal (dry) cooked with water, 1 cup mixed berries or a diced apple, add 1/2 cup cottage cheese and some sugar free pancake syrup.

I like to mix my cottage cheese with lightn 'lively bluberry yogurt. That way you get a protein with a dairy.
