Hot, muggy, humid here in Indiana. It is only 8:30 in the morning, but the temperature is already 83 degree and the humidity is like 70%. Same forecast for tomorrow and the next day, so best get use to it. Air conditionerer is going full blast and so is my electric bill!
Happy to report a 1.8# loss this week. I have been strictly OP since Tuesday and journally to boot! My challenge however is the weekend, so I am planning on keeping my points low the early part of the day and see how things go tonight. My daughter has a double header softball tournament tonight, so if I stay away from that concession stand, I should be OK!
Congratulations on the your baby! I just loved nursing my three kidos. I nursed until they too were almost a year old and eating table food and drinking from a cup. I think it was almost harder for me to quit then for them! It is a great way to give your baby a nice start in this life. Keep drinking that water!
Thinthinker....Ok, I understand what a bra job is, but what is a theater job? Your jobs sounds much more interesting than mine!
Diane...your weight loss is impressive! Way to go. I too have a hard time picturing myself at goal and thin or "normal". Keep on working on that positive attitude with alot of positive self talk and I know that you can do this!
J-ann...welcome. I am not a consistent poster, but a daily lurker. These ladies are great.
Maggie...what can I say. You are an inspiration! I intend to make your pistacio fluff yet this morning. Your traveling sounds wonderful! It is something that hubby and I hope to do once they kids are gone and college tuition is not putting us in the poor house! We tell our kids when they move out to make sure they have a 220 electric line so we can plug in when we come to visit!
Well better scoot. The day is waiting! Best to all of you.

Sorry I can't stay this morning. I have been working all week. Food is looking pretty good. I am supposed to go out of town Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week but I pulled my back out yesterday!

I am having another good OP day and do hope I show a loss tomorrow for my work this past week. I don't FEEL like I have lost but my feelings don't always tell the tale.
If you plan on doing "flull -timing" there is a wonderful book out by Bill & Jan Moeller called Full-Time RVing. The ISBN number is 0-934798-34-6.

My back just wasn't back to normal yet and I just did not want to be at someone else's house and have to do the ice pack thing and be uncomfortable. Nor did I want to put a damper on the others going to Shipshawanna, or anything else they may want to do, so I just stayed home. I will be a couch potatoe for one more day and hopefully by tomorrow I will be back to normal.
Hi everyone.. I am soooo glad I logged in tonight.. Everyone here is so great and so motivational. It has picked my spirits up after a .4 lb. gain this week.. I know that isn't a whole lot, but I feel like on my third week I shouldn't have had a gain. But---- I am getting older and don't excercise as much any more and can't expect to lose as fast as I did at one time.. Am OP again!!!
