I guess all you can do is just pick it back up again and try for better the next day. My problem was in eating poorly in the morning (high fat, low protein, too many calories and yet not filling enough). This morning I did better and made a smarter choice. I've already planned out my day, and it's almost weekdays again when I do a lot better. Guess I have to take everyones advice and just pick myself back up and try again. I certainly can't expect a lifetime of 100% clean eating, so I'll have to be used to days like these and pick myself up fast. thanks for the support ladies.
