    Looks like I am also down 1 pound so far. It is slooooowwwww moving. I hope i can shed at least 1 more --- I WILL shed at least 1 more!

I am down 4 tenths this morning...Gotta beat you somehow what with all this excersizing you are doing...go ahead you deserve that slice of cake!!!

    I hopped on the scale several times today. It ranged from 144 to 146. Since I thought I was back to 150, that is good...

    I had cramps so bad that I just couldn't face sitting at my desk so I came home and cleaned my house instead. There comes a time when movement really does work better than Midol! I hate these days... but my bathroom and kitchen are both clean- I even reorganized my kitchen cabinets. I just want to say that I've been cutting back on the coffee- really! I'm down to 3 cups (mugs, actually) per day and no caffeine after noon.

    It was windy here, too. I live right on Lake Michigan and work about three blocks from the lake. Brrr!
