  • I'm Back!!!
    I finally have a computer in working order. I installed Excel this morning, which means I have my food journal in working order. Now I know how many points I'm eating and earning, instead of guessing. I didn't know just how much I relied on that spreadsheet.

    AP Earned - 4.3 (20 min Yoga Now AM/PM, 40 min WATP 1 mile x 2, KS Lower Body & Upper Body Weight Training, and 7 min Abs & Back) I'm doing two seperate workouts, to make-up missing yesterday.

    Taco Salad
    Apple

    Raspberry Crumble Granola Bar

    Dinner

    Salad

  • Jan, you are doing so well. I'm sad to say that the last few days I kind of slipped.... but I'm not giving up.
    Today I will try very hard to be back on track again.
