Hello all!
This is a perfect idea ! I came by yesterday and got " We are upgrading" message and just never got back here....
Yesterday was ok althouhg I did stay glued to the chair too long...
BUT didstarty a new game plan to get more activity in as well as attack some of the overwhelming clutter....
The theme is "Just leave the area( room, vechicle, etc) in a better condition than how you found it." .... which helps me considerably as often the 15 minutes Flylady recommends is overwhelming for me..... although I am not sure why its not enough....

Kaylets in the emergency room as well!!! Thy goal be noble, K! I need to do that declutterin' stuff more! It seems related to getting control in other areas of life, like the runaway urge for sugar.

] almond butter-spirulina patties. Trust me they taste infinitely better than they sound! I got one of these things ant the store and then decided to duplicate them at home. Mine are better!
And I feel creaky! So today I pledge to do Pilates, yoga and upper body weights. I'll come back with my report later!
