Good Afternoon Everyone!!
Food Yesterday: Breakfast - Nestle Inn Egg (egg, flour, laughing cow, turkey pepperoni, veggies)
Snack - 1/4 C peanut butter, 4 Wheat Crackers, Banana
Lunch - Salad w Turk Pep and Annie's
Snack - 20 Salt and Vinegar Chips
Dinner - Part of Chile Con Carne (veggies, ground chicken, beans) and 1/8 Cup Cauliflower, 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese, 1/2 Cup Strawberries
Got nauseous and scarfed down this additional stuff

12 Pretzels, 8 Saltines and a cup of Ginger Ale
Calories - 1523, Fat - 50
Still stayed under my daily calorie allowance though!
Exercise: 40 min. Cardio Salsa, 30 min. of lower body, arms and stretching.

Good going on your food yesterday Adpitan!! Your list is making my stomach growl and I just ate lunch!!

I'm thinking I am going to aim even lower! Now that I'm watching the calories each day and not getting too hungry, I think I can handle less. We'll see... maybe I'll go for between 1300 - 1800, 1800 being my very top. Which tanita scale did you get? That $40 one or the $200 one?? That looks really cool - don't think I can afford the reeeeally cool one though. :/
Well Beth... I actually don't know Maryland very well, because I'm new to the area - so you're right, I don't know St. Mary's county
