Thanks everyone. I never realized how much difference a really tight size 16 and a size 12 is. And I was so happy when I lost 1 of my chins!

Sometimes I still think I'm too fat, and get really discouraged about how the last 10-20 pounds aren't budging and want to eat something evil for me. When I see the difference it helps me to stay on the course. And it makes me want to go for a run instead of a bowl of ice cream.

Now if I could just get the nuts under control....

I think you look terrific and I'm thrilled for you!!! I think it's cute that your pose in your 'after' pic is very similar to your avatar...you obviously feel very good about yourself, and that's just as great as your appearance and health!

Isn't it interesting how the closer you get to goal, the more you want to sabotage yourself?

It's a frustrating thing I'm only starting to realize this month! I wonder what the maintainers would have to say about that...

Thanks for posting these, Sarah. You look just great! I notice the same lovely smile in both pictures but it's a bit wider in your glam one. You must feel absolutely wonderful!
