Weekly Exercise Log 6/6-6/12

  • wednesday- 1 mile on treadmill (20 mins) and 5 mins on eliptical
    I planned to go for longer, but monday when i worked out i got a blister on my heel bc my socks were too short and my shoe was rubbing it...i just couldn't go on any longer today that blister was driving me nuts!
  • Wednesday:
    3-mile walk/jog
  • wednesday:
    30 min abs workout
    30 min stairmaster
    15 min recumbent bike
  • Wed- 45 min elliptical, lower body strength training
  • Wow, I have been out of it this week. I did Monday's workout on Sunday, then I had to have a mole removed on Tuesday so since I couldn't shower and my head hurt (the mole was right on the top of my head!), so I skipped Wednesday's workout. Anyway, I'm back on track now!

    Thursday: circuit training class, 1 hour (The class was weird, I'm thinking of quitting and getting a refund. I felt like the instructor didn't know what she was talking about, and it was really slow-paced -- one person even walked out after 10 minutes! I'll give it another shot next week though, maybe she was just nervous on the first day.)
  • Thursday~3 mile stationary bike and a 10 min waist sculpting bellydance video
  • thursday:
    20 min intervals on the treadmill (8mph, then 6mph with 5% incline)
    25 min stairmaster
    30 min upper body weights
  • Friday:
    jogged about 2-2.5 miles, pretty slowly
    planning to walk home as well.

    30 min elliptical machine fat burn prog level 5
    30 min abs exercises
    30 min lower body weight training
  • Friday~ 3 miles stationary bike, 50 crunches, 50 wall push-ups (yes I'm a cheater ), and 10 min belly dance video
  • Thursday:
    1 hour of softball

    Friday:
    3-mile walk/jog

    Saturday:
    20 min. on the arc trainer (would have done more, but forgot the gym closed at 6 p.m. on Saturdays)
  • saturday:
    2.5 mile walk this morning
    10 min swimming this afternoon
    and another 2.5 mile walk in a few minutes
  • *jumping up and down* YAY FOR ME!!! I exercised today....It felt SO good to be back at it!

    Actually I did push mow the lawn on Thursday so that was a bit of exercise since it's been 95 (plus humidity) here in Indiana this week. It is SO hot. Anyway...onward and downward (at least in the pounds department) hopefully *hehe*

    Saturday-60 minutes exercise bike (2 programs with tons of hills) at around 17 mph
  • Wednesday- 1 hour on CardioFit machine + Leslie Sanson Walk the Walk video

    Thursday- off day (went to the state baseball tournament, and I was gone all day)

    Friday- Leslie Sansone Walk the Walk video

    Saturday- 1 hour on CardioFit machine + 12 mile stationary bike ride (my punishment for binging)

    Sunday- Leslie Sansone Walk the Walk video
  • Sunday: 2-mile walk/jog
