I normally do weigh once a week on fridays, but I weighed on the 1st to give me a start for the Slim in 6 and it threw me off. I am better now though
I did swim for about an hour this evening (June 3rd) and it was mostly laps
, I have too much booty (and thighs) to be doing leg raises


, I'm worried I might continue to sink. Anyway, one day I will learn. I'm going to add that to my "To Do List" within the next 5 years.
