What The First Thing You Noticed??

  • I had more energy plus I felt a LOT better. No more acid reflux due to the exercise & not overeating.
  • I could tell a bit by the fit of my clothes, but the absolute kicker for me was the first time that I could by a pair of pants from Old Navy! Like a dream come true (when I started my 'diet' I was a pant size of 26, now I am a 20).

    Now of course they have the larger sizes, so it isn't that big of a deal...but that first time that I could walk into that store and put on a pair of pants was like heaven. Now if I could just fit into the tops (boobs too big). But hey, I have a stylish bottom! hehehe
  • I noticed that I don't need the TUMS that are right by my bed each night because I don't have heartburn like I used to, and that I don't need my asthma medicine as often.
