What will you do different in March?

  • Do PUMP classes at the gym. They really tone you up. I have been back for two weeks and dropped about half a size in the bum and thighs. Yay!
  • Exercise it is for me too. I joined the gym and now I want to use it. I hope to start going 3-5 times a week once work's stress dies down next week. I am proud to say that I joined 3 weeks ago and I've been to the gym 3, 2 and then 2 times each week!

    At least I am going!

    I've been doing well with water intake *shocker* so I'd like to keep on track with that. My new year's resolution of walking up and down every escalator I come across is still in tact too (barring when someone is standing on the left side and I can't).

  • More exercise - Less eating out - Less non-SBD stuff

    I have been so sporadic with my exercise but as the weather gets warmer I have no excuse to not strap dd in the stroller & take a walk. I also have a WATP tape but it has been gathering dust lately.

    The eating out - this is twofold - 1. Staying away from temptation makes it easier to resist & 2. Save money!

    Been splurging more than I should lately...& slowed down the weight loss (I know, Duh!) Have to get back on track & stick with it.

    I want to lose 4lbs this month...5 would be better but I'd be happy with 4!
