A CPAP is a machine I wear at nice that forces air into my nose and down the back of my throat.I use it cause I stop breathing in my sleep and have what is called apneas. When I stop breathing I wake myself unconsciously to start breathing again. This can also cause death and brain damage. The oxygen level to my brain also becomes very low.Originally Posted by tkdkathy
Lynnie, I am sorry but can you tell me what the CPAP is? I am glad it is helping. I am trying to figure out how to use my Flexpoints. Hang in there. We can do it!
It is taking a while to get use to because you become very accustomed to not having such an apparatus doing such a thing at night. Its like when someone gets oxygen if that helps with a visual.
Today I got up and did nothing.I relaxed up until 2:00pm then I exercised with Dh's help that is.He counted while I did krunches and leglifts.
Hope everything is going ok for yall
*hugs*

). He's gotten awfully thin-the food isn't the greatest. It was great to see him, but it's hard when he's behind a glass partition and you want to hug him and you can't
. He's still waiting for a trial date, and hoping he'll hear about what the future will bring. Please keep him in prayer. His name is Matthew, which I keep reminding him, means A gift from the LORD
I'm going to be doing my own this year (with some help from the computer
) but getting the stuff together is a pain! Good luck with yours.
. I have a good friend who suffers from BiPolar Disorder. She does well on medication, but a lot of the meds have the side effect of increased appetite/weight gain. She's able to keep her weight under control with careful eating and exercise. Please keep coming back and sharing with us!
