Well, I walked to the gym, then did a mile on the treadmill, and experimented with adding more weight to the circuit of machines I do. I am happily surprised that I am getting a lot stronger.
I had to stop though because of back pain (had it before i went into the gym tho). I did get a bit more walking in than usual today. Overall, I am proud I did as much as I did today with my back bothering me. It's a step in the right direction.

and now I'm deciding whether to get all of this knitting done I started, or run again.
I really need a day off and knit and relax a bit. Sons just went back to college on Sunday and the extra cooking and laundry and holiday stuff has seemed never-ending. I miss them, but BOY does it get quiet arouund here when they go back!
