How have you tweaked BFL to fit your needs?

    If you can download to a cd or floppy, you can take it to kinko's, staples, or other copy center and have it printed and 3-hole punched or spiral bound fairly cheaply. I have a very high speed laser printer and it still took about 1/2 hour to copy it, double sided.

    I only once did a weight workout on an empty stomach- I walked into things, fell off equipment, could barely lift, and still have the scars to prove it. I never lift before I eat. Since you are no trying to lose weight, I don't think it is a big deal one way or the other. Depends on when you can work out, and personal preference.

  • I'm in the 5th week of BFL and I love it! Love feeling the energy I haven't felt for years! I'm very overweight, so I'm losing like crazy while my metabolism starts acting more normal.

    I gave up the morning drink because I was always rushing to get it in and then wouldn't be hungry for lunch. So I would eat late and throw off the rest of the day. I'm also starting to add daily cardio because 3X a week just doesn't feel like enough and I want this losing streak to continue. I'm still taking Sunday 'off', but not going crazy because I didn't like how I felt.

    Those are the only changes I've made so far, but I'm open to changing as I go along depending on my body's needs.
