I woke early

(only because my sister was pounding on my door. I mentioned I was going to walk away the pounds. So when she decided she could loss a few lbs and wanted to walk with me. I told her it was a tape... long story short we walked for 1.8 miles. It was a beautiful day. I told her I still have to do my walk away the pounds because I said that was my weekly goal. I did the 2 mile tape and am very happy. Only thing is I think she said I'll see you tomorrow morning....

Don't get my wrong I like to walk I just don't like to walk for my workout. I feel I get more out of my workout than just a stroll to many things get in my way. Children going to school , traffic, people walking there dogs, plus the weather... I want a workout I can depend on. My tape is always there for me waiting not matter what time or the weather. When it comes down to it I need to be there for her. So I'll drag my bum out of bed. What do I have to loss besides weight and a little sleep. I can always take a nap.
