    1400 calorie day - doing just fine

    nearly - then I made muffins for DH and DS. Fortunately they were pumpkin muffins with no fat and only a bit of molasses. I am figuring 200 calories a piece (maybe less) for a total of 1800 calories for the day. On the other hand, I am not hungry anymore.
  • Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy cooked in Pam and 1 english muffin with a touch of apricot jam: 320

    Lunch 2/3 bagel with 2 tsp cream cheese, tomato, chicken breast: 400

    Ground turkey, with veggies in a white gravy (skim milk + 1 Tbs butter for about 8 servings) on whole wheat toast (made mashed potatoes for the family, but that is a major trigger food for me, so I skipped them on my plate). I have a hard time estimating calories, but I would guess about 1/3 cup of the meat/veggies and 1 piece of toast. Can't be more than 400 cal?? What do you all think?

    Light 'n Fit yogurt (90 calories)

    Dinner
    4 slices pizza, Pizza Hut, medium, thin crust, veggies (used to be 3, oops!) (720 calories)

    Total: 1590 calories

    1250 so far and it is 3 pm

    getting worse - on the other hand, I need to keep things in perspective. Having a bad 2000+ calorie day is not near my usual 3-4000 when I am not dieting and eating the homemade cookies, pies and bread my parents and grandparents always have around.

    put my hand in the wheat thins box, withdrew with no crackers in hand

    I am going to the fair today with my 6' tall 140lb best friend/firefighter who I know will eat a corn dog and elephant ears. She looks great and hikes up mountains everyday with a 40lb pack and chainsaw (my relatives call her chainsaw barbie). Gonna try to be good.
