Jhanai and I went to my grandpa's for some cherry tomatoes. Sat and visited him for a bit. Then we headed to Walmart to turn in a t-shirt that I didn't want and turned around and bought Jhanai a summer dress that was on discount! (yeah for clearance racks!!) Then off to the grocery store. We went through the WW cookbook and I had Jhanai pick something that she would want (kids can be very picky) and she chose the Veggies and Pasta. Very simple...only a few ingrediants...I can handle that. We also got some salad stuff to go with the tomatoes we got. Have any of you tried these WW cookbooks? 15 minute cookbook and 15 minutes & 5 Ingrediants Simple and not a whole lotta stuff going on!!
And that's the run down on my day! (not too exciting is it?)
Been feeling very dizzy today, not sure what's up. Trying to down water like there is no tomorrow. Ate breakfast AND lunch....I think it was the cup of coffee I had this morning. I have been trying to limit my coffee again so I don't rely on it too much and this morning it just sounded good. So I'm thinking that is what had me feeling woozy. BP is doing fine so it's not up or anything.
TJ: I'm looking forward to starting the execise challenge with you. Are you going to start a new thread and make it fresh?? And are we just going to report at the end of the week or report everyday what we've done so far? Jhanai and I are hooking up the VCR and are going to do pilates together.
Angie: As long as you feel you're in control of the situation then I guess everythings ok. If I were your partner you would have to be cleaning up your seets in your van!
Glad to hear that Hurricane Charley is dying down. That should mean that you shouldn't have to worry about it for your vacation right? Oh...did I mention I got your postcard?? Beautiful, I bought one today with a purdy view that I will be mailing out to you tomorrow. So look for it sometime this week.Julie: Somewhere on this site, there is a picture of FAT VS. MUSCLE and it shows the difference of what 5lbs of fat looks like next to 5lbs. of muscle. Once you see it, you will appreciate EVERY bit of pounds you lose. Even if it's just one. It will add up. What we need most is patience. Unfortunately a lot of us don't have that and we want results now. But just remember....we didn't get instantly overweight...that took time too. You're doing great so far, so don't let the one pound loss feel like a failure...celebrate it! We are all here cheering you on so smile and say Hurray with us!!

Hello to all you other gals out there!!! Stop in soon and let us know how you're doing....even just a "HI" would be great!
I better get going. I have some veggie cleaning to do. And since Angie mentioned she had 6 loads of laundry to do....I figured my one load that is sitting there isn't so bad and I'm going to do it. (Can't imagine 6 loads of laundry!!!!)
Take Care ladies
