    I am grateful for my wonderful daughter. It's her birthday this weekend (15!), and I am so blessed.

    Happy Birthday to Ellis's wonderful daughter.

    As odd (or selfish) as this may sound, I am happy & grateful for my friends, and knowing they appreciate me. I don't mean it to be selfish. It just gives me a happy - warm - fuzzy feeling knowing that. I am happy I can make a positive impact on my friends. (Ok, maybe this isn't making sense. )

    And what you said makes perfect sense. Good friends are hard to come by, and the fact that they love you so much means that you give a lot to them. I love you for the same reason!

    ellis- wish your DD happy birthday for me!

    I totally agree with both of you and squeak about friends. Giving of friendship and getting it are both equally important and feel good

    I am happy and grateful that I have such awesome parents and that I have such a good relationship with them. A lot of people don't have very good relationships with their families so I consider myself lucky. I am going out with them tonight and when I see them I am going to give them both a big hug!

    I'm happy that my mom is coming to visit with me for 8 days! She can help me figure out how to decorate my house!! woohoo!!!

    ellis -Yeah well, if you can see me then I can see you too!

    We are going to the house tonight for the final walk through and then we officially get the keys tomorrow

    We are going to be in there on Saturday during the day prepping and painting if you want to drop by for a visit

    Noodles - Sure, I will definitely be taking before and after pics!
