Drinking, like anything else in the diet, is fine, in
*moderation*. Also, like everything else on the diet, it depends on how your body responds to it. After a night of drinking (heavy on the alcohol but low to nil on mixers) I might weight 2lbs less, while my wife may weight two pounds more.
I'm of the mindset that it isn't the alcohol that gets you, it's what you mix with it, or what you
EAT because of it.
So, my advice is to put some white rum in your Mojito and ENJOY!
Just make sure to have a *FILLING* Phase 1/2 meal beforehand.
P.S. - Don't forget that this diet is about
FLEXIBILITY if you can't indulge every once in a while and celebrate your success....what good is it? Just be sure to stay on track though!
