Oh well. I've certainly had worse weeks. I exercised 5 days and did pretty well foodwise. So what happened you ask? Who knows? I lost weight during TOM and now I gain???
I'll just keep at it. I will pay even more attention to my journal this week and up my water intake.

Anyway i am still on the road to a slimmer summer!!! I have to the pool is being put in as we speak!!!!With all those nosy neighbors wanting to come over and "visit" this summer, i atleast want to look like a fish instead of a whale!!!! I can't wait for the fun to begin actually, i just love being social
