  • Thanks Robin. I never thought I would make it. Putting in your weight and height on the BMI calculator is very enlightening. I know I'm just "barely there", but I plan on getting below the mid-way point and staying there!!! The range is quite amazing.
    108-145
  • Thanks Jane, I'll give that a try, but unfortunately, Im running late so I'll have to do it after work.
  • OK Lori, now you made me curious......did my BMI and I am 26....just 2 to go to be in the normal range! WOOHOOO. Was 29.6 when I started.
  • GOod morning ladies

    Jane no nylons is good!

    LOri CONGRATS!!!!!

    Shimma sorry about the sinuses

    HI Brenda!!

Sorry so short this moring ladies, I have been up all night with sick DS, Both boys in the past week have gotten hit with the stomach flu, it lasts only 1 day (THANK GOD!!) they get a fever and then they throw up once and then it leaves just as fast as it came! Myles had his during the day, but in typical Jonah fashion it hit during the night so I have had zero sleep! DH came home at about 2am from work and stayed up with him too and we are just zonked.

Needless to say I missed the gym yesterday cause of the stomach flu thing. And then this week is gonna get busy, my mom is coming from California for a visit so I have ALOT of cleaning to do and then we will be doing lotsa stuff so I doubt I will make it to the gym to much next week, she is leaving on Thursday so after that I guess. Oh well now I have to decide if I should go to work or not today.

    Have a great day!!
  • ok, where is this bmi calculator?
  • I just searched the web for one....I am not sure but I think this site has one.
  • Trazzie: Congrats on the loss!

Jane: I vote for bare legs and sandals. I can't remember the last time I actually wore nylons... I always opt for sandals! Also, enjoy the bit o' gold in your lunch box!

Shimma: Hope the sinuses are feeling better soon! Congrats to the BF on the internship!

    Brenda: Congrats for staying OP!

Lori: Congrats on your healthy BMI! Daytona is a beautiful area. I think you will definitely love it if you move to Florida. And, housing is surprisingly cheap -- as long as you're not right on the water. There are so many good things here, I could just go on and on...

Robin: Looking forward to those photos!

TG: Hope your family all gets to feeling better soon!

After a mess-up this weekend, I've been back on track and feeling great. I think I just went through a lazy, unmotivated period. I'm back to wanting to lose weight, eat right and exercise. Hopefully, I'll keep feeling like this!

Yesterday, I went with a friend to play baseball. He got a pitching machine, so we were hitting and chasing balls all afternoon -- it was so much fun and a great workout. I am so sore today! I need some variety in my exercise routine, so that was great.

Hope everyone has a fabulous Wednesday!

    Take care,
    Jina
  • Hey everyone! I don't have much time, but here's a great BMI calculator:

    http://www.consumer.gov/weightloss/bmi.htm

    I checked mine and OMG!!!! I've gone from a 35.4 to a 23.6. Wow!
  • Thanks Star for posting the link. I just did what Jane did and search google each time I want to check it.
  • awful quiet around here today.
  • ok you won't believe what just happened to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IM IS A VERY DANGEROUS THING!

I have a meeting tonight after work.....IM'd my boss to find out the number to dial into..........she said she couldn't give it to me yet. I IM'd a co-worker and told her "she can't give us the number until her reminder comes up....maybe she will forget"

WELL GUESS WHO I SENT THE MESSAGE TO INSTEAD OF MY CO-WORKER!
    Yup, you guessed it.....MY BOSS.

    Dumb @$$

  • Way to go!

  • Gosh do you think now is a good time to put in for that day I want off in July!

    NOT!
  • OMG, that's too funny! I had a bosses boss run-in today. I was in my office with my boss and another person, having a "budget meeting" (yeah, right...) Anyway, one of the guys is really funny and he starting doing this weird voice impression of someone and it was sooo loud my boss's boss called to "make sure everything was okay up here". Her office is right below mine. She said she was hearing strange noises and a lot of loundness and just wanted to make sure everything was alright. Bull - we were just having too much fun! Can't fun be recognized as a good thing at work? My boss can, but she sure can't. Not getting enough lately? Ooh, did I really say that! Sooo sorry...
  • Well I am going to kick myself in the @$$ all the way to my car and go home now!

    Good night all.
