  • Thursday - 30 minutes of pilates this morning followed by a 20 minute walk to work

    and tonight I a have a 1hour belly dance class ....movin and groovin - yep that's me
  • OK, I'm gonna backtrack a bit to catch up here.

    Tuesday - walked 20 minutes, belly danced 1 hour
    Wednesday - walked 40 minutes

  • 1 hour cardio

  • Saturday, May 8, 2004: rest
    Sunday, May 9, 2004: 30 minutes incline treadmill, 30 minutes elliptical
  • Cathe Friedrich's 1 hr workout tape called 'bootcamp'. Yikes.
  • One hour scrubbing the kitchen floor. Hey, it's a start =) My arms got a good workout!!
  • Acuppacoffee - that's still exerice any way you want to look at it.
    How big is your kitchen anyways?

    Friday - walked 65 minutes
    Saturday - built bookshelves (which meant emptying out a closet, etc.)
    Sunday - bad me - nothing
