1. Ive lost 17 pounds, and 23 inches!!
2. I started this on Feb 16, 2004
3. Now Weight Watchers, but for the first 3 weeks it was just my own plan. (Low fat, low carb, low sugar, low sodium)
4. Also...drink ALOT of H2O
5. Treadmill walking/jogging, weights, ab work, walking with stroller
6. 4-5 times
7. I dont have a specific reward in mind...except a healthier body!!
(Im thinking something like Hawaii!!)
