As for the cravings, thats tough.. sometimes I cave as well because its just so hard during that time of the month to exercise and not eat crap. I think that maybe having some safer foods (low fat chocolate something or whatever you are craving) might help and not be soo bad. Another option is to increase your magnesium intake or other vitamins to help with the cravings.
