Sandi, I have the 4 mile Express tape and it is much lower impact than when I was on the treadmill. I usually walked 3.5 miles an hour, if you need something to compare by. In the 4 mile tape, she does a lot of leg lifts that are low impact and not as many steps as in walking, but more effective on the muscles. So less moves, more effect.
I had done a 1 mile tape in the past and it seemed similar to the one I have now, just shorter.
Rose, what would be Leslie's most intense tape? Is there a video more intense than the 4 Mile Super Challenge?
