  • Monday & Tuesday WATP 2 MILES
  • Going ahead and posting this before I actually do it, but I'll hold myself to it. 4 mile WATP tape this AM, and then exercise class this evening. Not for sure what all we'll do in class- I'm suppossed to instruct half the class, so we'll see. If I teach half, then 1/2 class will be based upon WATP tape(walking aerobics), and the other 1/2 should be step and weights, floor work.
  • Thurs.
    40 minutes on the treadmill.

  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 33 minutes upper body, TBT.
  • Thursday & Friday WATP 2 mile
    Isn't this supposed to get easier?
  • Thurs: 1 mile treadmill(would have done more if I hadn't had company last night).
  • Friday-- 10 minutes stretches, 36 minutes lower body, TBT.
  • Fri: 3 miles elliptical
    strength training circuit
  • Stopping by- I didn't have any time to exercise today, so I feel guilty about that but can't help it. Yesterday, I ended up teaching the entire class. We all worked up a huge sweat and everyone said I did good. I have to fill-in again tomorrow morning. So I'll go ahead and post it..

    Sat- walking aerobics, light weights, and floor work(abs, leg lifts)

    Howdy! Got some ball work in yesterday. Today I did NOT want to work out but did my 3 mile tape. Glad when it was done and looking foward to the weekend. *smile*

    Heart..don't feel bad when you miss a day. You are working very hard. That's one of the reasons you are more hungry than normal.

  • Sat: 4 miles treadmill
    plus 1 hr snowshoeing with friends
  • Friday, Sat & Sun I did the lower body pilates ball work out .
    Friday I also did upper body ball work out...need to work on that one, not strong enough to do it all.
    Sunday I also added half the Abs ball workout.
    Weather to bad to go walking.
  • Sun: bowling, does that count?

  • Sat- I did the class, only 2 people showed! Anyway, it was "okay" but not as good as I did the other night, but better than nothing at all. Today I did the 3 mile WATP tape. I really didn't want to do it, but I made myself. I just wasn't "feeling" it while exercising, it seemed to drag on today. Tomorrow I plan on doing my 4 mile WATP tape. I'll post when I do it.
