I have been MIA for a few days ( if you noticed ) .. I was off work with a terrible cold, more like sinus infection so I was not able to get on and post, I do have a computer at home but did not feel well enough to hop on...so that is why...
I have a loss to report of 3 pounds, I believe I was at 219.5 last Friday and today I was at 216.5 so there ya go...I am steadily losing and am so proud of myself for sticking to program...keeping my fingers crossed that I can go forward with this same resolve for a long time - gotta get under 200 by Spring!!!!
Scuzin - nice to hear from you again, do not worry about the 8 pounds - start back in today and you could have those off in 2-3 weeks tops!!!

my knee has given out somehow
it feels like i've twisted my leg and sprained it but i can't remember doing anything so it must be overuse or something. When i was ill a few days ago i gained back the 3lbs that i'd lost
and this morning i weighed in at 161.5lbs so i've still 2lbs to lose to get back to where i was but i know that the exercise i am doing is doing me good and its only a matter of time before the scale co-operates
i'm only managing 1pt days these days..will have to do better.
