Oh and by the way I looked at the carb smart ice cream i had in the freezer last night- it has HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP! I was so incredibly upset when I saw that. It's the second or third ingredient on the list.

Hey chick's tanx fur da info on snackin. Guess I better learn to like cheese by itself. But forget about the nuts! I will have to look for that cheese y'all talk about cow summin. Anyway I'll get to the store today. Oh I had read where you could have sf fudgesicles if that helps y'all with the ice cream dilema any. Yea I'm sure it will not compare to my fav flavor of Ben & Jerry's but that's ok I can have a spoonful in a couple of months if I choose to.
