Has anyone tried lentil pasta?

pasta made from lentils? Like they make corn pasta instead of wheat? Sounds good, but I have not heard of it before.

I just had to add my two cents worth! I LOVE lentils...and luckily my DH loves to cook them! I swear they, along with soy smoothies, were my salvation last fall when I couldn't chew! I'll have to check out the recipe thread for some new ways to fix them! Thanks, chicks!

Hey, somewhere I have a recipe for pasta made with bean flour and I have bean flour. Hmmmmmm. I bet I could make "legal" noodles. Now....if I pulverized lentils in the blender.......
NEVER MIND! I'll hie me to the Bulk Barn and look for lentil pasta.

How much lentil soup can you have. I, too, have a great recipe. I am in Phase I.
