Good Monday Morning Ladies. Afraid I slacked this weekend, but on the up side, I did do a lot of cleaning that I've been putting off.

I have found one of the HUGE benefits of regular exercise is the feeling of wellbeing and overall contentment. Exercise is a great way to release endorphins which promotes this feeling. It in turn will make you feel more in tune to stay on your program and do well for yourself. Until I started on a road to regular exercise, I never knew the benefits other than weight loss help and boy I learned a valuable lesson. If we could only realize that we have it backwards and that if we exercise, it will help us to get on a stay on a weight loss program instead of cutting cal etc and struggling to be happy doing it. Congrats to all of you that have chosen the path to good health by participating in this challenge!
I'm going to jump in on this October exercise challenge. I pledge 1200 minutes for the rest of October. I always need a push. I think this will do. Happy exercising everybody.
