  • The hard part is doing it consistently. I have mental health issues one of which is bipolar disorder. When I am manic I can exercise a lot and be happy about it. But when I am depressed I can't even get out of bed or do self care. Plus my meds make it harder for me to lose weight since the side effects is weight gain. Hopefully I can lose some weight despite these challenges.
