  • I agree with Biddy you don't have to count calories while on plan. I did find it helpful to split my L&G. I did 3/4 lean plus two green so that I could have the 1/4 lean and 3rd green for snacks.

    I know what you mean about boring. I need my food to be boring. If its too exciting I will want to eat it all. Seriously. I do best with a routine where I eat the same stuff at the same time.

    Im still working on my maintenance routine. I haven't felt like cooking lately so Ive been doing two 100 calorie Better Oats packets for breakfast and a lite soup that's under 200 calories a can for lunch. Progresso has one that's 130.
