And, I'm really excited to see everyone, too! Most of them didn't see me at my highest weight, so it won't be quite as big of a transformation, but it will still be about an 60-80lb difference to the majority of them...lol. There's even a family reunion going on while we'll be there, so I may even get to see some extended family I haven't seen since I was a teenager! 
I'm sure you'll be able to flush out the water retention from your meal soon!
I'll get over it, though! I hope you're able to get some swimming in this weekend, as planned! 

On the personal front, I've had some partial numbness in my lower left leg and foot since Sunday night. (Not numb enough to mimic how a limb feels when it "falls asleep", but about half that.) I'm hoping it's just a pinched nerve that will sort itself out soon, but I wrote the doctor's office about it to see what they think. Until I hear back from them, I think I'm going to start doing some yoga again in the mornings to help stretch things back out...especially since I haven't been walking much since it started, because it starts to feel really weird after walking for more than just a couple minutes. That and yoga has always made me feel great in the past, so why not? I'll probably also focus more on the elliptical again in the evenings until I can get that all figured out.
