So im doing this thing where I burn all my carb calories for the day (I know that calories burned during exercise will come from a mix of fat/carbs) but say I eat 100g carbs with 20 g fiber I subtract the fiber and try to burn 320 calories [since each g of carb has 4 calories ] through exercise (usually what I do anyway).
this is something I totally made up no scientific backing except they are several who give advice to eat carbs earlier in the day bc we are more primed to burn carbs then and I limit carbs except for veggies after lunch.
Seems to be working
