I think to start dieting at anytime is a good thing. In my experience which is vast LOL in dieting is about finding a way to get your diet to be a habit and not all in at once. Have your treats when u really need them because if not you will not last. That's the main reason people fail because it feels like a punishment. I found a bit of a cheat for my holidays but its not for long term but some people swear by it.
