Hi girls. Sunday goals sure come up fast. This past week went well. I made my appointment, worked out Tues, Wed and Friday and lost 2 pounds. So good week.
This weeks goals are to workout 5 times, stay within my calorie range and concetrate on drinking more water. UGH.
I also seem to feel my depression creeping back up on me. I am merely thinking that this is me without my food. So it's going to be a bumpy month. I can feel it.
I'll check in with you all tomorrow, right now I am going to enjoy the wonderful weather.
