  • I've never tried doing this sister challenge to the weight loss thread...but, I figure it is still early enough in the month to try it out this time around! My goal is a minimum of 10k steps a day, or at least 310,000 steps by the end of the month!

    Great to see everyone! We still have TODAY and tomorrow left to our first! As ALL I know is thank god I got my first week in as I did and the rest of the month feels maneagble. I never know what can knock on lifes door so I just always try to take it day by day and never get cocky!

    I so cannot believe that we start a new week Wednesday! It really does go by fast, omg, my kitty is in my lap!

    Yesterday was an off day, so I took it as a resting period...but, I had a couple much longer days (trying to work up to getting a 5 mile walk in the evenings instead of 4 miles), so I figured it all evens out this week, and I am still ahead of schedule even with the rest day.
