Great to see everyone! We still have TODAY and tomorrow left to our first! As ALL I know is thank god I got my first week in as I did and the rest of the month feels maneagble. I never know what can knock on lifes door so I just always try to take it day by day and never get cocky!
I so cannot believe that we start a new week Wednesday! It really does go by fast, omg, my kitty is in my lap!
March.1-115 minutes (60 min. walk, 20 min. LS dvd, 20 min. WII step, 15 min. upper bod strength training..including some oblique work,14,364 step)
March.2-85 minutes (Leslie Samsone part 2 and 3, WII adv. step a 15 min.)
March.3-90 minutes (15 min. walk o.d, 40 min. LS dvd, 15 min. WII a.s.a, 17 min. u.b.s.t, 3 min. balance)
March 4.-90 minutes (L.S part 1 and 3, u.b.s.t 15 min, wii adv. s.a 15 min.)
March 5.-55 min. (L.S part 1, WII s.a, and u.b.s.t, RA mostly)
March 6.-80 minutes (Jessica smith 30 min, Zumba 20 min. WII 20 min, u.b.s.t 10 ..Right arm)
