I have had a very bad week with terrible foot/heel pain due to plantar fasciitis.
Needless to say I didn't exercise at all since Monday. I am feeling better already but the pain is a constant. At least I am not screaming in pain with tears rolling down when I wake up. That's improvement.
I ate OK in terms of low carb but more calories than I should have and didn't burn ANY since I could barely walk.
The bad thing is that I am an elementary teacher and being on my feet is the daily reality…….a very painful one for this past week, I tell ya!
I am using stretching exercises for the calk and fascia and wearing a splint at night. I bought special shoe inserts (heel cups, etc) for at work.
So,
SW 8/8: 243.2
8/14: 239.4 ( minus 3.8 lbs this week)
8/21: 234.3 (minus 5.1 for the week, minus 8.9 since starting on this thread, minus 16.2 since July)
8/27: 235.5 (1.2 more than last week)

1st GW: 193.2 on December 31st 2016 (truly anything under 200 would be a major success!!!)
Final GW: 170 or 165 by May 2017
One day at a time. I am not going to force exercise as this condition will become chronic. I was told to stay off my feet……..what a joke, right?
I am staying off my feet as much as I can but - with my job (which I do WELL) can't happen.
So, one day at a time. I might have to cut calories down this coming week since I am not burning as much.
Hope you all have a great week!

GOOD JOB on moving the right direction. A loss is a loss, no matter how slow or fast!

too! This time last year, I was really ill (like almost dead). I have changed my life for the better. It sucks, that I have not hit my weight loss goal.

Keep it moving everyone
