My goal for March should be more realistic, but I want to get into the 130s by Spring Break. My goal for March is 5 lbs. The closer I get to goal, the more difficult it has become to drop.

My goal this month is 3 pounds. Last month was a mess and I struggled most of the month with just trying to eat well and get in some exercise. Sigh.... So, I am trying very hard to just get back to where I was mentally at the beginning of last month.
