I'm also just starting out (as in less than a week ago) and it sounds like you're doing way more exercise than I am at the moment. I'm trying to ease myself back in this time instead of just jumping right into the deep end and then burning out before I made much progress. I have a fitbit that I've been using to track my steps and I'm hoping with my new job I'll be increasing my steps a lot since I will be on my feet all day.
Cool, let me know when you did, in case you do
I think it is a good idea to not start too extremely and then burn out. My main problem is that I really have to struggle to find time to do it regularly with university and a job. The other problem is that my muscles become sore very quickly and stay like that for 2-3 days. Doing Shred everyday for example would be absolutely impossible for me. I hope that it will get better over time and that I can work on a daily workout routine.

I'm currently doing Weight Watchers to track my food intake...I just do it at home with tools I have found for free online as I don't currently have the finances to pay for it. I'm not doing much for exercise right now, just very light jogging a few days a week. I have done running in the past, and once I'm in better shape I actually really like the rush of it, it's just the getting in shape part right now that's not fun
Hey and welcome
Sounds like you have a good plan for the summer ...
Since you already know how it feels to be in shape and run and stuff, maybe it is easier for you to work on your fitness because you know you are capable of being fit and in shape

I was always bad at any sports, never fit and sometimes tend to doubt that my body is capable of being fit, which is bullshit of course

I just ran my first public 5k this weekend and I felt so proud, I gave myself 2 pause days. Today I'm back on track! How's everybody else doing?
Woooow congrats

I still didn't start the blogilates thing but mainly due to stress in the past few days. Today I hope I will find time in the evening and give it a go!

I also didn't do the Shred this week

but I ate very well... so let's see what the scale will be saying.... by the way, how often do you guys weight yourselfs? I am doing it every 7 days at the moment but I'm trying not to let my mood be influenced too much by it. I just want to keep an eye on my progress or not-progress
