3/29/15: 131.0 lb
4/4/15 : 129.5
4/11/15 : 129.0
4/18/15 : 129.5
4/25/15 : 129.0
5/2/15 : 128.0
So I'm calling it three pounds down for April. REALLY want to lose another 3 for May and end the month at 125.0. Who knows? Could happen....

Wow, that is a lot! I love that, here in the Feathers Forum, we understand that these kinds of numbers are excellent.
I have pain in my right one sometimes. It comes and goes. I take glucosamine and MSM, and do yoga, hoping those will help, but I'm not truly sure what makes the difference.
