I cannot believe I am at week 6 let alone that I am down 21 pounds! Last time my husband went about 8 weeks and I only lasted 2, I just couldn't do it. My mind must be better off this time!

. Even a TBSP of Milk of Magnesia can help once in a while, taken in the evening for an overnight (or at least next day) relief. I take extra Magnesium Citrate, but I mainly need it for my Fibromyalgia. It helps with the other, anyhow.
