  • Unfortunately my losses this week were not due to hard work and discipline. I have been sick since Sunday with some sort of food poisoning or stomach flu that leaves me constantly nauseous with stomach cramps. But hey, I won't complain about any losses!

    Been busy lately. Happy with this week's loss despite TOM taking up a good half the week.

    I tried making myself some flax meal crackers last week. They taste a little odd by themselves but are delicious if used as a cracker to put deli meat on or tuna fish. Just have to be careful with them because my guts had a royal scouring from having too much when I used those to eat my tunafish salad on Friday.

  • I've been MIA and eating off plan but you probably already guessed that!! I'm back on plan and working on the downdowndown - my clothes are snug but c'est la vie! I'm not perfect. Reporting 191 today...Best wishes for an on-plan day!! Had to face the reality of my food choices - carb and calories intake! And the only way to make it work for me is low carb and whole foods...I can't trust myself with too many food choices!! Ugh!!
