I'd like to join in. Is there much activity? Like sharing meal choices for the day, etc? I'm starting today, more of a Lent challenge for myself, but it seems to fit well with this thread's idea.
I'd like to join this Easter challenge. I want to break 140 by then - maybe 138. I weigh in most days but I'm making my official day on Wednesday. I chose that after reading an article from The Telegraph on best day to weigh yourself. I used to use Saturdays but I don't think that was a good day and got discouraged.
It's lent and I'm cutting back and being accountable right now.

That being said, I had a pity party with my sister last night - the one when totally pregnant still weighs less than my weight in high school! ( but super supportive - always sees the beauty even when I don't ) anyway when I confessed how I always think and I mean always think about what I am going to eat - she honestly told me she never thought about food like that...I told her I truly was a carb addict!! Anyway the point is she gets how hard I have to work to keep my head in the game!!! Best wishes for an on- plan day - can't weight until Friday but I think I'm around 188. Working on a new me two plus years in!!
Well my week was a bust...Holding fluids and had a all out mess of a day yesterday after the scale.Fell into that dark whole....Feel like SH..T today..
Well I have climbed out and back on track..

I was 206.0 on Saturday, but that was my wedding anniversary and also a day trip to go to a Chinese New Year festival with all the good eats and such. Amazed I only gained about a pound from the shenanigans.
Has anyone here made their own flax meal crackers? Is that good for Atkins and if so, any recipes you might recommend??? Would love to have something crunchier to eat than sliced cucumber.
