D: leftover roast beast on a big bed of romaine, with some chopped onions. Doctored the WF Sesame Ginger dressing to use as the sauce on the meat/salad dressing (added some spice & more flavor: chipotle chili, regular chili powder, garlic salt/pepper). Rhubarb jello.
