5 min walk, 1.5 min run/1.5 walk, 2 rounds of 2.5 min run/2.5 min walk, 1.5 min run/1.5 walk, 7 min walk
It was really hard! My hip is a little sore but not too bad.

I'll certainly start tomorrow (if my cold allows me to) still have a short breath.
Hip felt good - legs found pace a bit tiring.
