    5 min walk, 1.5 min run/1.5 walk, 2 rounds of 2.5 min run/2.5 min walk, 1.5 min run/1.5 walk, 7 min walk

    It was really hard! My hip is a little sore but not too bad.

  • I'll certainly start tomorrow (if my cold allows me to) still have a short breath.
  • Hope you are feeling better Thirty. Today my computer crashed and I got stuck at work late - then traffic was horrible so I went back to work and ran indoors (weather was awful outside).

    Felt easy compared to snoeshoes Hip felt good - legs found pace a bit tiring.
  • Hi CG. Still sick. Even lost my voice and can't even breath normally, chest still painful. Im suspecting it's a pneumonia. I need to go see the doctor. I'm feeling a lil bit guilty for not accompanying you in this, but I wish to cheer you on. So go gurl, run for me!!!

    6th I took as an off day.
    7th I went to see an athletic therapist about my hip
    8th - 5 min warm up, 2 min run/2 min walk x 2, 3 min run/3 min walk x 2, 2 min run/2 min walk x 2, 5 min walk, AT stretches
    9th - 20 sets of stairs, AT Stretches
  • Went skating on the outdoor rink today - I was alone on the ice - it was great - much harder than it used to be but lots of fun
  • Skating again today - 4 x 10 min plus stretching for hip - hard last 5 minutes - otherwise pretty good
  • Mon - 1 hr of core flow yoga - followed by stretches
    Tues - way too sore!
    Wed - 5 min walk, 3 min run/2 min walk, 4 min run/3 min walk x 2, 3 min run/2 min walk, 5 min walk - used Hoka Cliftons - followed by stretching
    Thurs - Athletic Therapy followed by 75 min Yin Yoga
    Fri - Massage Therapy/ rest day
  • Saturday - yoga for am hour with a friend - then.
    a 6 hr retreat - bliss - probably about 3 hrs of yoga and a yummy healthy meal!
  • Sat - also did 1/2 stretching
    Sun - 20 min/break/15 min/break/10 min skating - foam roller - 15 each side - 15 min stretching
  • Mon - Rest Day

    Tues - Hot Yoga for 75 minutes - great - left hip and shoulder got sore

    Wed - Athletic Therapy, 30 min skating including spirals, etc, 10 min of stretching plus foam rolling
  • Thurs - Hot Power Yoga plus stretching and foam rolling
  • Fri - Day off - 5 foam rolls per side
    Sat - 50 min skating - lots of different drills - 10 min stretching - 5 foam ros per side
  • Sun - rest day

    Mon - 5 min walk, 3 min run/ 2 min walk, 5 min run/ 3 min walk x 2, 3 min run/ 2 min walk, 5 min walk, stretching (all 4 stretches), foam rolling 10 per side

    I got missing for a few days because I temporarily lost my motivation. But this time I'm ready to start. Taking off TOMORROW!
