    Tuesday I felt awful - headache - did nothing

    Wed - swam 45 min at pool - did stretches and foam rolling

    Thurs - rest and Fri massage

    Sat - my 5 km race - -25 C out! Ran the full thing v. Slow -32:46 was my time - followed it up with stretching.
  • Sun - rest day
    Mon - Yin and ToniC yoga 75 min
    Tues - rest

    A few too many rest days lately but working on it
  • Wed - Run at work - 5 min walk, 3 min run/ 2 min walk, 5 min walk/ 2 min walk x 2, 3 min run/ 2 min walk, 5 min walk, went to Athletic Therapy

    Thursday - rest
    Friday - rest with some stretching - still sore from AT

    Sat - 6 hours of Yoga TuneUp plus stretching
    Sun - stretching
  • Bad week

    - did some stretching
    - ran on Tuesday
    - 30 min skiing on Saturday
