For some reason I'm super resistant to the idea of exercise. lol. I know that i need to do it, I'm just not...doing it. So until i get off my butt and get moving, i expect my weight to drop slowly through calorie counting.
I put my goal at 120 and I'm 139 now and I still know I need to lose more I'm gonna keep it at 120 but once I get there in pretty sure I'll be moving it down to 105-110Originally Posted by tinneranne2

You've done great so far! I seem to derail myself when I put time frames on things, so this is a new theory for me. Just let myself lose the way I lose, I will get to goal when I get to goal.
