  • It's been a while since I've done an exercise goal. With spring officially here, now is as good of time as any.

  • Ahhhhhh! March sucked! I was away for two weeks and just in holiday mood for so long. I need to get back on track and get rid of my holiday gain. It's depressing me so much yet I just can't get motivated to get moving again. I'm going to set a small goal for this month and hope I can get into this.

  • I've been lifting lighter weights and doing 30 day shred consistently but boy is this NROL workout making me sore...and hungry...and tired
